“The Mentorship with Drew was definitely a turning point for my career, his approach wasn’t like anything I could find online till that point. He took the time to understand what kind of art I wanted to make, and with patience he steered me towards the right direction.
His personal approach is what it made it so special, he introduced me to a lot of new concepts and sensibilities to painting, focusing my attention to the ability of transmitting emotions through brushstrokes and colors. During the mentorship he also took the time to do some masterclass that were incredibly invaluable and I still listen to the records today. Some of the concepts he mentioned were totally alien to me and my European education and they led me to a new appreciation of art and design that since then I tried to follow and explore more.
All in all, in the year I followed his course I feel like I improved a lot, and that also is visible in the career jump that followed. He was also available to talk about personal doubts about art and career and helped me through them always being kind and understanding. I would strongly suggest his mentorship to anyone who’s interested in taking some serious steps in his/her career!
